The experience
Not a party. A weekend.
Your guests cross a continent to be there. The format we have built gives them something worth the trip — and gives you a single team responsible for all of it.
What we actually do
Most venues rent you a space and hand you a supplier list. We operate the whole thing: the winery where you marry, the hotels where your guests sleep, the kitchen that feeds them and the cellar that pours. That is not a marketing line — it is a structural difference that shows up on the day, when there is one team to call instead of six.
The place
Huentala Wines sits on a 230-hectare estate in Gualtallary, the most celebrated corner of the Uco Valley, between 1,100 and 1,500 meters of altitude. Vineyards in front, the Andes behind. It is 87 km from the center of Mendoza and 95 km from the airport — about an hour and a half of road that becomes part of the experience.
How a wedding is built here
- The first conversation. Guest count, season, how you picture the weekend. No fixed packages — the proposal is built from that.
- The written proposal. Inclusions and exclusions line by line, in US dollars, with an installment schedule and exchange policy agreed before signing.
- The design. Spaces, menu, wine, timeline, guest transport and the weather contingency, all decided with time.
- The weekend. Our team runs the operation on the ground, alongside your planner if you have one.
What we ask of you
Book with time. Twelve to eighteen months for peak dates — November and harvest, February to April — is not a sales tactic: it is what group hotel blocks and vendor availability in the Uco Valley actually require. And tell us the truth about your budget early, so the proposal we build is one you can say yes to.
