What to request in writing — from any Mendoza venue
Use this as a due-diligence checklist (including with us):
- Capacities per space and per format — cocktail, banquet and ceremony are different numbers.
- A covered plan B of equal capacity, decidable the day before, written into the proposal.
- Inclusions line by line: what the venue includes, what it coordinates and what stays with your production.
- Transfer logistics city ↔ valley, both directions, sized to the guest list.
- Hotel blocks: rooms per property, group conditions and who manages the rooming list.
- Sound and schedule limits for the specific space and municipality.
- Currency, installment schedule and exchange policy for every payment.
