Privacy Policy

Summary: this site collects the information you submit through the contact form and shares it with Grupo Huentala so that their commercial team can respond to your inquiry. We do not sell data, we do not use it for other purposes, and you can request access, correction or deletion at any time.

1. Nature of this site

huentalaweddings.com is an informational site dedicated to the destination wedding services offered by Grupo Huentala in Mendoza, Argentina. The content is published under express commercial authorization from that group. The site does not sell or contract services directly — any engagement is executed between you and Grupo Huentala by means of a written proposal.

2. Who operates this site

This site is operated by Leonel Camsen, a natural person resident in the Argentine Republic, acting as the controller of the personal data collected here. Privacy contact channel: weddings@grupohuentala.com.ar.

3. What data we collect and why

  • Form data — name, email, WhatsApp (optional) and the message you send. Purpose: forwarding the inquiry to the commercial team of Grupo Huentala so they can prepare a proposal. Legal basis: consent, expressed by ticking the authorization box, and pre-contractual steps toward a possible engagement between you and the commercial operator.
  • Campaign and navigation parameters — the origin page of the submission and, when present, campaign parameters (UTM) and advertising click identifiers (gclid), stored locally in the browser and attached to the submission. Purpose: understanding which content or campaign originated the inquiry. Legal basis: legitimate interest in measuring communication effectiveness.
  • Usage statistics — anonymous metrics via Google Analytics 4, activated only after you accept the cookie notice (see the cookie policy).

4. With whom the data is shared

We do not sell or rent personal data. Inquiry data is shared with:

  • Grupo Huentala — as the commercial recipient of the inquiry. Once received, Grupo Huentala processes the data under its own policies to respond, quote and contract.
  • Google LLC — as a technology provider (Workspace, Analytics 4, Tag Manager).
  • Meta Platforms (WhatsApp) — only if you choose to reach out via WhatsApp, under the platform's own terms.
  • Hostinger — hosting infrastructure provider.

These operations may involve international data transfers (Argentina, Brazil, United States), carried out under the safeguards provided by the respective providers and applicable laws.

5. How long we keep the data

Inquiry data is kept for up to 24 months from the last contact and then deleted or anonymized — unless there is an ongoing contractual relationship with Grupo Huentala or a legal obligation requiring a longer term.

6. Your rights

You may request, at any time: confirmation of processing, access, correction, update, deletion and withdrawal of consent. Simply write to the channel listed in section 2. We respond within legal timeframes.

If you consider that the processing infringes the law, you may complain to the competent authority: in Argentina, the AAIP (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública — Ley 25.326 of Protection of Personal Data); in Brazil, the ANPD (Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados — LGPD, Lei 13.709/2018); users elsewhere may reach out to their local data protection authority.

7. Minors

This site and its forms are addressed to adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

8. Security

The site runs over HTTPS and data is processed with the minimum access necessary. No means is infallible; in the event of a relevant incident, we will act in accordance with applicable laws.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated. The current version and its date are always the ones published on this page.
