A destination wedding usually means signing with six suppliers you have never met, in a country you do not live in, in a language you may not speak. Every contract is a point of failure. Here, the venue, the accommodation, the gastronomy and the local coordination sit inside one organization — with a dedicated wedding specialist as your single point of contact, in English.
How we work
- Written proposals, itemised. Inclusions and exclusions line by line, in US dollars, with installments and exchange policy agreed before signing.
- No published fixed prices. A price without scope hides exclusions. Every wedding is quoted on its own variables.
- Verified capacities. The numbers we publish are the ones our operations team validated — not aspirational figures.
- Plan B in writing. Every outdoor moment has a covered alternative of equal capacity.
- One business day. That is our commitment for a first reply.
Where we are
The winery is in Gualtallary, Tupungato — 87 km from the center of Mendoza and 95 km from Mendoza International Airport (MDZ), about an hour and a half by road. The hotels are in the city center, where your guests will be based.
Continuity
The same team, all year round
In Mendoza, many properties subcontract operations for each event. We don't: we are a hospitality group with three hotels, a winery in Gualtallary and five restaurants in the city — all with permanent teams, all year round.
No temporary contracts for your day. Whoever runs the ceremony at night is the same person serving Sunday brunch. Whoever designs the menu is the one who cooks it. Whoever plans your wedding will still be here the following week, and the following year. It sounds obvious — in destination weddings, it almost never is.
